Carlo Gloria

Carlo Gloria lives and works in Turin. After working as a graphic designer in Milan and Paris, he began his exhibition activity in 1996. The first photographic works date back to 2000. This is how digital frescoes were born which have the life-size human figure as their theme natural: passers-by on the street, people at the market, men and women hurrying in city streets. The photograph is printed full size and the wall is the direct support of the digital image which appears like a fresco of tradition ancient. The subjects are men and women caught in different aspects of everyday life or in moments details of existence, sometimes subjected to deformations, elements floating in space. Subsequently, Carlo Gloria's work continued to move and expand in different ways directions crossing over into different artistic fields: video, interior design, communication public, dance.
